DAY 2: 02/25/08

The Morning started out a little rough for me. Managed to get out of bed and get some breakfast. After breakfast it was beach time. It was a beautiful beach. Had very fine sand, that got into everything. Be finding it for weeks i’m sure. The resort was on the Atlantic Ocean side so we had some pretty big waves in the ocean, as you will see from my many pictures. At some points the waves had to be 10 feet or so. The Ocean was my favorite part. Nothing like fighting the waves as they crash into you. And also fighting the strong undercurrent. Deanna mostly read her books and laid on the beach. Not really interested in the ocean. Beach time was nice and relaxing. The sun was very hot and needless to say i burned right away. Deanna however got a really nice tan. The beach would close down around 6 or so. Deanna and i left earlier than that so we could go check out the shops on the resort. On the way we found an area where they had a bunch of birds that you could feed. as you will see in the pictures. Deanna even caught a baby and held it for a while.

After Shopping we headed back to the room. Had all intentions of making cocktail hour but fell asleep for a few hours. We were pretty tired. We did make it down for the show that night. don’t remember off hand what the show was. After the show we dedided to go to bed. To much fun on Sunday made me tired.
